Du bringst tiefgehende SEO-Erfahrung im Content- und Tech-Bereich mit und möchtest gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team von Expert:innen die SEO-Strategie von Aroundhome auf das nächste Level heben? Dann passt Du perfekt zu uns.

SEO ist bei Aroundhome eine bedeutende Säule der Unternehmensstrategie. Als Senior SEO Manager:in bringst Du crossfunktionale Teams aus Content, Tech, Produkt, Marketing und UX/Design zusammen, leitest strategische Projekte und setzt kreative Sichtbarkeits- und Traffic-Strategien um, um das organische Wachstum unserer Plattform für Dienstleistungen rund ums Haus auf dem europäischen Markt zu steigern.

Du führst eine ganzheitliche SEO-Strategie ein, die nicht nur die Sichtbarkeit steigert, sondern auch eng mit unseren Unternehmenszielen verknüpft ist.
Durch kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere organischen Rankings, der Traffic und die Conversions stetig wachsen.
Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Content-Strategie voran und koordinierst Dich eng mit unserer Head of Content, um relevanten, zielgerichteten Content zu entwickeln.
Mit Deinem fundierten Fachwissen führst Du Themen- und Keyword-Recherchen durch und optimierst unsere wichtigsten Seiten mit einem klaren Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse der Nutzenden und auf Performance.
Du berichtest an den Director of Performance Marketing und an die Geschäftsführung.

Anforderungen

Du bist ein echter SEO-Profi mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung und hast in modernen, agilen und kollaborativen Umfeldern erfolgreich gearbeitet.
Du beherrschst die technische SEO-Optimierung, hast umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush und Sistrix sowie idealerweise mit mehrsprachigen Websites.
Du bist mit Web-Technologien und CMS-Plattformen (z. B. Contentful, JavaScript) bestens vertraut und kannst technische SEO-Empfehlungen klar kommunizieren und effizient mit Entwickler:innen umsetzen.
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Content-SEO und verfügst über Erfahrung im Content Marketing, Content Editing sowie in der Website-Administration und Conversion-Optimierung.
Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sind ausgeprägt, sodass Du datengestützte Entscheidungen triffst und so zur Erreichung unserer Ziele beiträgst.
Du hast Freude daran, Projekte zu managen, zu planen und umzusetzen, und hast aktuelle Trends stets im Blick.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und bist ein echter Teamplayer, der sein Wissen gerne teilt und sich aktiv mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen austauscht.

Responsibilities

Do you bring in-depth SEO experience in the content and tech areas and want to work with a dedicated team of experts to take Aroundhome’s SEO strategy to the next level? Then you’re the perfect fit for us.

At Aroundhome, SEO is a key pillar of our business strategy. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will bring together cross-functional teams from content, tech, product, marketing, and UX/design, lead strategic projects, and implement creative visibility and traffic strategies to drive the organic growth of our platform for home services in the European market.

You will implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that not only increases visibility but also aligns closely with our business objectives.
Through continuous analysis and optimization, you will ensure that our organic rankings, traffic, and conversions grow steadily.
You will drive the further development of our content strategy and work closely with our Head of Content to develop relevant, targeted content.
With your deep expertise, you will conduct thorough topic and keyword research and optimize our most important pages with a clear focus on user needs and performance.
You will report to the Director of Performance Marketing and to the executive management.

Skills

You are a true SEO professional with several years of experience and have successfully worked in modern, agile, and collaborative environments.
You have a strong command of technical SEO optimization and extensive experience working with tools such as GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Sistrix, as well as ideally with multilingual websites.
You are highly familiar with web technologies and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, JavaScript) and can clearly communicate technical SEO recommendations and implement them efficiently with developers.
You have a solid understanding of content SEO and experience in content marketing, content editing, as well as website administration and conversion optimization.
Your analytical skills are strong, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that contribute to achieving our goals.
You enjoy managing, planning, and executing projects, and you are always up-to-date with current trends.
You are fluent in both German and English and are a true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and actively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
